Oink. May 18, 2005 After the last 3 weeks of generally eating total crap and only hitting the gym once or twice during the week, I really didn't expect the scales to say much better. I've gained back 3.5 pounds and my clothes all fit like they used to and I've got a bitchin' migraine this morning. But The Big Guy and I celebrated our 1-year wedding anniversary by going out and painting the town all weekend. Friday night we went to a barbecue at a friend's house, Saturday we went to the ball game, then out to the ROXY to hear the rockin'est band ever. Whereupon I got severely hammered (the pay-for-it-the-whole-week variety) in order to drown out the MOST ANNOYING GIRL IN THE WORLD(TM). Really. I can't even begin to explain in words how awful the night would have been had there not been a pitcher of Mai Tais with my name on it before we left for the game and roughly 1/2 the $100 bar tab at the Roxy. I'm surprised there is still liquor in Kansas City after my little bender. And really - even after that much alcohol - she was STILL annoying. That's about all I'll say about that, other than to conclude with the fact that I only got out of bed on Sunday to eat breakfast and lunch. That's about all the news I got.
